There are several ways to donate to the Fly-In:

You can either mail us a check or fax us your credit card information. Click on the links for details. Or better yet, you can attend the Fly-In and put some money in the Donation Box. Thank you for helping!

The Fine Print:

The Stearman Fly-In has free admittance because we want everyone, especially children, to attend and share in the joy of discovering aviation.

The event is financially sponsored by Grace Flying Service, aided by generous donations from people like you. We run a tight ship, but expenses for postage, printing, food, port-a-potties, and many other items total several thousand dollars each year. We sell fuel at the event, along with a few BBQ tickets, but the income from the event does not cover the expenses. We do not charge the vendors a fee, and we only allow vendors who we think are necessary to the success of the event.

Logistically, the untiring volunteer labor from the Chamber of Commerce and community members makes the event possible. Money helps, but volunteer labor is invaluable!

We respect your privacy. We do not share email addresses. We have no on-line databases. Your fax will be shredded after we enter your credit card information.
